All our Hires are subject to GTM Powered Access Limited terms and conditions, full details of which are available on request. It is the “Hirers” (customers) responsibility to provide insurance for all equipment against damage or loss whilst on hire. In the event of an incident a customer should have adequate “Hired In Plant” insurance cover for:
• Loss or damage to our equipment whilst on hire to the total replacement value/s.
• In the event of loss or damage then insurance cover must include provision for continuing hire charges at 2/3rds of the weekly hire rate as per GTM terms and conditions of hire.
Prior to the commencement of hires all customers should provide a copy of a valid “Hired in Plant” insurance certificate.

By paying a small premium of 15% on your hire charges we waive our legal right to charge for accidental damage (except for the exclusions below).
You are expected to return hire equipment in the condition that you received it. Damage Waiver takes the worry out of using expensive equipment, where parts are usually imported and expensive.
Tyre Damage, paint over-spray, gross negligence, overturning the machine, third party claims, failure to observe hirer’s routine maintenance such as engine oil, battery levels etc, vandalism or malicious damage, damage through overloading or misuse, chemical corrosion, accident damage caused by untrained operatives, damage caused by a third party.
All operators have, by law, to be formally trained to the required standard.
This facility does not affect the terms & conditions of hire that are currently in use by GTM Powered Access Limited as set out by, copy available on request.
